Corporate Receptionist

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join a Global Insurance company based in the City.
**Duties to include**:
Assist with reception desk and visitor lounge area
Answer all calls in a timely and professional manner.
Greet visitors
Meeting and Facilities Planning
Coordinate the meeting room schedule
Ensure visitor lounge and reception areas are kept tidy and clean.
Check mail and disperse
Prepare outgoing courier packages and monitor for delivery
Expense processing for staff up to SVP level as required
Ordering business cards
Archiving of business documentation
**Experience**:
Reception and office administration experience in a professional environment.
**Attributes**:
Ability to organise efficiently
Intermediate computer skills including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
