We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join our team in Antrim. As an HCA, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to patients in a variety of settings, including hospitals, care homes, and community health services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist patients with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and mobility support.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and health status, reporting any changes to the nursing team.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, fostering a positive environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in patient areas, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Assist in the implementation of care plans as directed by nursing staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred, but not essential.
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- A caring and patient-centered approach to care.
- Must reside within the UK.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: £14.70-£19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 66 per week

Additional pay:
