**Gym Assistant**

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Gym Assistant to join us at Hale Country Club & Spa.

We are looking for a talented, passionate individual to join our team and create memorable guest experiences. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standard of professionalism in all areas of operation and carry out all duties to our world class standards.

**Main Duties of the Role**
- Play a key and inspiring role in coaching our members throughout our 4 week member journey
- Motivate, coach and energies members throughout each session delivered
- Build and maintain your class attendance to help retain current members
- Handle member concerns when necessary
- Responsible for Gym floor operations ensuring highest level maintenance of all fitness equipment, including daily gym checks, studio preparation and fault reporting
- Attend monthly fitness staff meetings and training days when required
- Delivering personalised inductions to groups of up to 4
- Provide a presence on the gym floor and be available at all times to assist members with their exercise programmes and ensure that they are using the equipment correctly

**Requirements**:

- Qualified up to a minimum Level 2 Fitness Instructor or Level 3 Personal Trainer
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Prescription and delivery of exercise programs to all guests
- Proven experience as a Gym Instructor/Personal Trainer
- Evidence of continued self-development within fitness
- Flexible in your approach to a working environment and ability to work on a rota
- Excellent organization skills
