Responsibilities:

- Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and goals
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
- Handle incoming phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Upsell products and services to customers to maximize sales opportunities
- Communicate effectively with customers in English and Spanish, or other languages if applicable
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Organize and maintain sales materials, samples, and product displays
- Assist with order processing, including data entry and inventory management
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Ability to upsell products and services to customers
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in English language, both written and verbal communication skills
- Basic math skills for order processing and calculations

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £9.00-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 16 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
