The Opportunity:
As part of Bishop's Gate team, you will experience a varied role and your main duties will include;
- Delivering exceptional customer service, whilst also anticipating guests and customers needs.
- Managing a busy switchboard, directing internal and external calls.
- Processing check ins and explaining key facilities within the hotel.
- Providing advice and information about local attractions, restaurants and transport options.
- Preparing final bills at check out and processing payments.
- Upselling and cross selling hotel products and services to maximise revenue.

Under the leadership of our Front Office Manager, you will contribute as a vital part of our small and friendly team. Where you will continue to build upon your existing skills, and of course benefit from the variety offered by a role in hospitality.

**About you**:
You will be motivated, willing to work collaboratively with, and in support of, your fellow team members, taking pride in the part you’ll hold in the Bishop Gate’s success.

**Essential Criteria**:

- 1 Year experience in a guest services role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
- Demonstrable experience of delivering outstanding service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional attitude and appearance

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £10.00-£12.21 per hour
