**Duties**
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Assist in food preparation, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
- Handle bar duties, including mixing drinks and serving cocktails as required.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area, including dining spaces and service stations.
- Address guest inquiries and provide assistance as needed to enhance their dining experience.
- Support catering events by setting up, serving, and clearing away as necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
- Experience in bartending or a willingness to learn is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service and hospitality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
