Taylor Blackwood Associates are recruiting a production assembly operative for our client near Stone.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for assembling and manufacturing products according to company standards and specifications. Your attention to detail and mechanical knowledge will be essential in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production process.

**Duties**:

- Operate power tools and hand tools to assemble products
- Follow detailed instructions and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly
- Inspect finished products for defects or issues
- Perform quality control checks throughout the production process
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to use power tools
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and assembly instructions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
