Trinity House Group have a great opportunity to start working with a market leading company within the Wolverhampton area. They are looking for a Financial Controller to join the team and report to directly to the Head of Finance as well as having regularcommunication with the Director and other members of the wider management team. You will also have the responsibility of being the direct line manager to the Credit Control Function.

**Role**:

- To deliver to the agreed timetable accurate management information including appropriate variance analyses which will support the SLT in their decision making.
- To assist the Commercial Finance Manager to develop reports and KPI’s which support Operational managers in maximising their department’s efficiency and financial results.
- Regular sales and cash reporting ensuring that targets are met and issues are addressed
- Development and continuous improvement of systems, controls and associated processes to ensure a strong control environment is maintained and efficiency and automation are maximised
- To lead in Balance Sheet reviews and ensure all appropriate accounts are reconciled regularly
- Processing review and tracking of performance of the finance department
- Provide development and support to team reporting into you as well as keeping on top of performance reviews and feedback.

Essential:

- Experience in budget setting and forecasting
- Good level of Technical Accounting
- To be able to work with sensitive and confidential data
- Highly level of problem solving abilities and developing solutions where necessary.
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or ACMA)

Package:

- £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
- 10% bonus
- Hybrid working - 2 days on site (Tue/Wed)
