Agile Delivery Manager

My client based in the Worcestershire area is looking to recruit an Agile Delivery Manager on a Permanent basis.
You will be expected to lead a team to deliver stakeholder expectations on time, within budget and ensuring all quality levers are met.
The main responsibilities for the role include
- Mange and ensure the progress of project work
- Create a realistic, achievable roadmap showing how and when project goals will be met
- Establish a strong partnership with Product Owners and Tech Leads
- Map and comprehend the risks involved in several dimensions of the work
- Identify, Analyse, plan and implement actions that engage and build stakeholder relationships
- Guide and champion Lean and agile principles
- Build High performing teams
- Solicit and engage with feedback on a continuous basis
- Certified or Professional Scrum Master would be an advantage
- Ideally 5+ years of Agile Project Management, Iteration Manager or Scrum Master
- Ideally 3+years of working in a Software Development team role
- experience of working with agile delivery methods
- experience working with cross-functional software development team
- Focus on results and desired outcomes
- Takes personal accountability and ownership for their work
- Has a keen interest to drive learning from themselves and others
The salary on offer is up to £65,000 plus benefits
