Are you a talented and creative Video Content Creator looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic in-house video production team? If so, Ideagen is seeking a skilled individual to create captivating video, animation, photography, and podcast content that aligns with our brand guidelines and engages our target audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Pre-production planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project deliverables, target audience, message, and desired outcomes. This may involve storyboarding, location scouting, and logistics planning.
- Camera operation: Capture high-quality video footage, demonstrating a strong understanding of composition, lighting, angles, and camera settings for visually appealing and technically sound results.
- Audio recording: Capture clear and high-quality audio, ensuring proper levels and clarity.
- Lighting setup: Utilize knowledge of lighting techniques to set up and adjust equipment for desired results.
- Video editing and post-production: Edit footage to create final videos, including selecting the best shots, trimming and arranging clips, adding transitions and effects, integrating music and sound effects, and enhancing overall video quality through color grading.
- Collaboration and communication: Effectively collaborate and communicate with clients, creative teams, marketers, and other stakeholders from initial brief through project completion. Clearly articulate creative choices and explain how they align with project goals.

**Knowledge & Experiences**:

- An industry-related degree.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a video content production role, either in an agency or in-house.
- Demonstrable examples of work - please provide a link to your showreel.
- Expert level skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Competent knowledge of Adobe Audition and Lightroom.
- Familiarity with new AI tools and plug-ins within the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Demonstrable knowledge of current video and animation trends.
- Natural creativity and passion for pushing creative boundaries.
- Confidence to pitch ideas and suggest improvements to produce the best product.
- Flexibility to travel within the UK and internationally (valid passport required).
- High attention to detail.
