Next Step Nursing is the largest Nursing & Care Agency across Worthing and West Sussex. We are on the lookout for experienced Healthcare Assistants to work within Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Care Homes, Residential Homes and Care Homes. Whether you are free for 1 shift a week or 5, we can accommodate the shifts you require. We also have block bookings available to start as soon as possible.

We offer free training to up-skill you and the want reliable, competent carers to join our team.

Our quick and easy registration process will mean you can work for us quickly, we pay weekly, provide you with free uniforms, training and can pay you bonuses when you refer friends or colleagues to join us too.

Rates - £14.50 to £22.00 per hour - (earn up to £264 per shift).
