**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with their luggage as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of events or meetings held within the facility.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, providing exceptional guest services at all times.
- Ensure that all equipment and supplies are well-stocked and readily available for use.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations throughout the establishment.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing all duties.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage positively with guests and staff alike.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing excellent service.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting or moving items as necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 32 per week
