**Teaching Assistant**

**Salary**: £70 to £90 per day

Empowering Learning are working with a Primary School based in Canterbury. They are looking for a temporary Teaching Assistant for a long-term ongoing temporary assignment until the end of the academic year

We are looking for the right personality. Someone eager to work and support Primary aged pupils.
- Ability to work with groups of students of Primary age as a Teaching Assistant
- Ability to follow policies including behaviour management and rewards
- Flexibility in approach to classroom delivery and learning material
- Willingness to embrace new technologies in the classroom

- 3 form entry Primary School. So you will have the support of 3 class teachers in your year group as well as 3 TAs

- Ongoing CPD that we pay for

This is a mainstream support role although there will be the opportunity to work with Special Needs pupils also
