Our client, a prestigious independent estate agent, are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Property Sales Negotiator to join the team on a full-time basis in their Truro office with on target earnings around 25,000pa. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a market leading with a super reputation as an employer in the South West area.

This is an exciting role which will involve a variety of front-line property sales responsibilities, including all aspects of client and customer contact, property viewings, negotiation and sales progression, whilst offering long term career progression.

They are looking for a trainee or experienced sales negotiator, ideally with strong customer facing or sales experience, and who is looking for a career, rather than just a job, where there will be future promotion prospects and high earning potential for the right person.

You will be hard-working and articulate, well-presented, a real team player, able to communicate at all levels and looking to expand on your already gained knowledge. This is an exciting and varied role dealing with different types of people and property.

Salary will be in the region of 25,000 on target earnings to include a basic salary and office pool commission. The role will involve working some Saturdays on a rota basis. A full driving licence and the use of your own car is essential.
