**Recruitment Specialist**

Willow HR are a very successful and ever-growing HR Consultancy based just on the Wiltshire/Oxfordshire border, working with clients nationwide. We have been in business for just over 5 years, and in that time, we have gone from strength to strength, building a large and solid base of clients across multiple private sector industries.

We pride ourselves in delivering quality solutions to all of the businesses we work with, and we practice what we preach by offering our direct team flexible working practices whilst ensuring we support everyone to work towards their career goals.

We are currently looking for a Recruitment Specialist with a keen interest in HR to work alongside our Resourcing and Recruitment Lead to work with new and existing clients to fulfil their recruitment needs. This position will also support the wider team of HR Consultants and may get involved in HR projects from time to time.

We are a close-knit team of six consultants plus administration support. We work together cross-functionally across each of our clients. We support each other to deliver exceptional performance and personal development goals.

Every day is different for us, and whilst some activity is planned well in advance, no two days are ever the same. We exclusively work with small to medium sized businesses who usually have no in-house HR resource and rely on us to provide a whole solution which often involves recruitment on a strategic and reactive basis. Sometimes we work with our clients as a one-off but often we are embedded in the business over months or years.

**The sorts of things you would get involved in..**
- Draft and agree job descriptions and adverts in collaboration with our clients
- Build talent pools for frequently requested roles
- Consult with hiring managers on requirements and screening criteria
- Screen and sift CV’s
- Maintain records and report on recruitment advertising and costs
- Update and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (we use Workable)
- Support on HR projects with the wider team
**Requirements**:
**What we are looking for**:

- Experienced recruiter, either in-house or agency
- Experience working with an ATS desirable
- Team player, able to collaborate and share knowledge and expertise
- Able to adapt to multiple environments and create solutions to fit the situation
- Able to innovate and look for new and creative solutions to old problems
- Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Able to work at pace, and juggle multiple projects and effectively manage expectations
- Experience with HR Administration would be desirable but not necessary

This role is predominantly home based with travel to the Faringdon Head office on a monthly basis.
