**Ward Sister** **The Cherwell Hospital, Banbury** A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Ward Sister to join the ward nursing team at The Cherwell Hospital. **The role** In this role you will be an integral part of a team who are committed to delivering the highest quality clinical outcomes in a supported environment, where you will be valued for your skills and expertise. The appointed Ward Sister must be organised with good attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. It has a 40-bed inpatient unit and day case facility, and is equipped to undertake a large range of procedures, treatments and investigations. We have three theatres and three separate anaesthetic rooms, with a sterile services department on site.
