**My client is seeking a qualified and experienced SENDCO to join their team asap.**

**Main purpose of the Post**

The SENDCo, under the direction of the headteacher, will:

- Determine the strategic development of special educational needs (SEN) policy and provision in the school
- Be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the SEND policy and co-ordination of specific provision to support all pupils with SEN or a disability
- Provide professional guidance to colleagues, working closely with staff, parents and other agencies
- Advise the Head and Admissions Officer on the admission of pupils with SEND.

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
