**Overview of Role**:
Build a rapport with customers, offering a shopping experience with exceptional customer service. Assist with all aspects of the stores to help improve overall performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet, greet, and welcome every customer to the store with a smile.
- Interact with customers whilst assisting with their requirements offering exceptional customer care.
- Operate tills systems with due diligence.
- Stock and replenish all areas of the store ensuring presentation of merchandise presented for customers’ easy access.
- Obtain knowledgeable understanding of store merchandise.
- Maintain the group’s high level of standards in customer care and service.
- Build a rapport with customers, offering a shopping experience with exceptional customer service whilst ensuring all staff achieve the same.
- Always maintain full store cleanliness.

**Requirements**:

- Experience within retail, preferably food, with a minimum of 1 years’ experience desired but not essential as full in-house training will be provided.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Always well presented in full uniform.
- Flexibility and willingness to ensure the store is running efficiently and effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
