Foh Supervisor

The Old School House situated in the heart of Stoney Stratford is a pub for all occasions, boasting a fantastic menu and extensive drinks range including it's very own, one of a kind, dedicated cocktail bar.

**Position**:
Supervisor duties include:

- Taking responsibility for the customer journey, ensuring their experience is second to none
- Taking accurate orders and working closely with kitchen staff
- Ensuring payments and receipts are correct
- Confidently recommending menu and drinks offerings
- Observing service and standards and reporting any incidents or issues
- Being a supportive and proactive leader

**Requirements**:
You will need to demonstrate:

- Previous Leadership experience in a hospitality or customer facing environment
- Enthusiasm and passion for food and beer
- The ability to deliver excellent customer service and great team work in a fast paced and pressurised environment
- A result driven and ambitious individual keen to develop your career and your teams
