Reporting to the Cleaning Supervisor & On Train Service Delivery Manager, you will:

- Clean East Midlands Railway train carriages to a high standard, using specialist equipment and chemicals where required
- Work as part of a team to ensure carriages are ready for service on time each day
- Ensure excellent customer service is maintained through quality of work
- Work to health and safety standards in all aspects of your work
- Undertake cleaning duties within the train crew depot building

You will be motivated and passionate about delighting our customers in their journeys through meeting high quality cleaning standards. You will also love working in a team and take pride in supporting your colleagues to present our trains the right way, safely every day.

The role will involve some lone working and night shifts may be required.

Ideally, you will have previously worked in a pressurised and demanding environment.
