We are looking for a **reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Cleaner** to join our team at **St Mary’s Student Accommodation in Newcastle**. You will play a vital role in ensuring our living spaces remain clean, safe, and welcoming for students throughout the year.

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean and sanitise communal areas including kitchens, bathrooms, hallways, and lounges.
- Carry out regular room inspections and deep cleaning where necessary.
- Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with building policies.
- Replenish cleaning materials and report low supplies.
- Report any maintenance issues or damage to the management team.
- Ensure all work is carried out to a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness.

**Requirements**:

- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential - full training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
