We are looking for a Supervisor to work at our Morley Out of School Club. You will have a full and relevant Level 3 qualification with good leadership and communication skills. You must also have knowledge of Child Development & the EYFS and a commitment to putting safeguarding at the forefront of all practice.

The hours of work ideally are Term Time Monday to Friday 7.30 am - 9.15 am & 2.45 pm - 6 pm = 25 hrs per week, although there is some flexibility regarding the before school hours. In school holidays, flexibility to cover full days is required.

Your Job Role:

- To have responsibility for every aspect of the club’s operation.
- To supervise, lead and motivate a team of staff, delegating responsibilities in your absence.
- To have high expectations of the team, ensuring high standards of childcare are maintained at all times.
- To adhere to the Safeguarding and Welfare Requirements, ensuring compliance at all times.
- To be responsible for planning interesting and varied activities, outings and learning opportunities following the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- To provide first line liaison on a daily basis between the Senior Manager, Operations Mangers, Head Office, existing customers and outside agencies by handling queries, resolving problems and managing staff in a timely, efficient and effective manner.
- To be responsible for the day to day club administration, showing around new customers, printing registers and signing children in and out.
- To work on your own initiative and liaise effectively with the school and its staff, ensuring the club works in partnership with them.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: Up to £12.60 per hour
