**Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about Splash About products.
- Resolve customer complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Processing customer returns and product rework
- Processing customer orders
- Providing support to the sales and operations team

**Essentials Skills**
- Excellent communicator and highly organized with good IT systems knowledge including Microsoft Excel
- Educated to at least A level equivalent - Min C in GSCE Maths and English.
- Experience working in a Customer Service role
- Excellent team work and communication skills

**Things To Consider**

Splash About International is based on North Moss Lane Industrial Estate, Stallingborough. Please check the company location, public transport is limited around the area and transport to this location is essential. This is an in person position which does not offer remote working.
