A client is looking for a Head Chef for a site based in Surrey to oversee a Conference Centre in this High End site working for five days out of seven. You will be using the finest seasonal fresh produce
The conference centre holds four major conferences per annum which are on for 6 weeks at a time and at other times will hold Weddings, Private Events, Afternoon Teas (inside and outside on the ground) and so on.
You will be responsible for all aspects of the operation, you will need to lead, manage and inspire the team whilst making sure everything is in line with the client's requirements and needs. You will need to be a strong leader as well as having hands on approach.This is a cost plus site
To be considered you would
*Have a background as a Head Chef within Hospitality
*Have a great eye for detail and presentation and be passionate about food
*Have great customer service skills with a can do attitude
*Be financially aware to manage both costs and budget
*Have excellent communication skills at all levels
*Be able to lead and develop your team
*Be flexible
