About our Team
The Marketing Technology Team is part of the RXUK hub central marketing team serving 50+ events globally. The team is responsible for digital platforms, marketing technologies event technologies, innovation, marketing automation, analytics and reporting.
About the Role
The Digital Platform Executive’s role is to configure and build multi-lingual website pages, content components and web forms across multiple brands. You work closely with event, design and content teams, utilising provided materials and assets, while adhering to Business and Brand guidelines. You ensure technical SEO and Accessibility standards are met and implement appropriate metadata and tracking methods. You ensure the websites and forms conform to privacy guidelines.
You perform quality assurance for all published content, ensuring it is displayed properly across all viewports. As the voice of the customer, you are the guardian of the website customer journey ensuring the customer experience meets our exceptional standards.
You will support the Digital Analyst in the production of analytic and SEO reports and will become well versed in these platforms.
You will work closely with the Digital Platforms Manager to ensure agreed SLA’s are met and with colleagues in RXPH who will provide additional support in the busiest periods to meet those SLA’s
Responsibilities
- Configures and Builds website pages and content components utilising content and assets provided by event and content teams meeting the agreed Business and Brand guidelines
- Ensures all web pages meet technical SEO and Accessibility standards
- Ensures all appropriate metadata and tracking methods are implemented
- Provides quality assurance (QA) for all content published to websites ensuring content displays correctly for all viewports, acting as the voice of the customer i.e. the content is legible, and the customer experience meets the agreed standards
- Conducts analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extracting key insights for future campaign
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with component-based enterprise content management platforms
- A good understanding of website customer journeys
- A good understanding of technical SEO standards
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised; able to multi-task, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Have a Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or related field
