Engineer - Northamptonshire - £50,000 (Negotiable) + package

We are currently working on behalf of one of the country’s leading residential developers, who are looking to appoint an Engineer to join their existing technical/engineering team.

The business is looking for someone to join their technical department to help manage the infrastructure design process for a range of new build housing developments

Key responsibilities:

- Manage the civil engineering design of a designated site - including highways, drainage, external works, levels, cut & fill, setting out, etc.
- Manage the overall provision of conveyance plans for a designated site
- Appointing and managing a range of external specialist consultants, and ensuring that their designs meet the agreed brief and are of the required quality
- Issue comprehensive groundwork packs for tendering/construction to agreed timescales
- Arrange site investigations, utility investigations and all the other investigations to fully inform site constraints and design packages
- Liaise with local authorities to ensure that all designs agree with relative section agreements
