O365 Specialist required for my London based client for a permanent role paying approx. £45k

This role can be performed remotely with visits to the office maybe 1 per week or 1 per month as required.

**Summary**

To lead the management, administration, change control, security and support of Microsoft 365 tenant that serves 350 employees and 4000 volunteers, while building and securing a second tenant for the organisation. This role will also require the continualevolving of both tenants to ensure they are meeting the needs of the organisation, as well as providing quality support to the userbase. There will also be at least one other 365 administrator to manage and grow.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- You will own and manage two 365 tenants that are set up in non-profit mode. One tenant already exists but the second will be designed, secured and implemented by the role holder as part of their first major project.
- Create/evolve technical documentation, user guides, cheat-sheets, video walkthroughs, and other collateral to ensure all users (and the rest of the IT team) operate at maximum efficiency.
- Monitor trends in 365 usage and proactively engage with the business to ensure data consistency and continual utilisation of 365 based services.
- Produce reports on 365 activity in the volunteer network and advise steps to be taken off the back of this data.
- Assist with end user training while developing and maintaining the training and support systems to bring about as much of a self-service capability as possible.
- Manage the MS Teams and MS Teams Telephony estates, ensuring that auto attendants, call queues and all logic is assured at all times, and that requests to increase usage are fulfilled according to demands.
- Evolve processes, automated tasks and procedures to ensure everything is managed in the most efficient manner, with emphasis on automation and PowerShell.
- Be the 365 champion. Promote new features and sell the benefits of doing more in the cloud
- Ensure the platform and how it is used remains in compliance with all legislation such as GDPR.
- Configure and secure a new, second Microsoft 365 tenant over a six-month period.

Liaise with senior management and leverage your PowerApps and Azure experience in order to migrate key process to 365 rather than stay managed manually via spreadsheets.
