**Overview**
We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our on-site facilities team at Brunswick Business Park - one of Liverpool’s largest and most established business parks. This is a hands-on role with variety, where no two days are the same. You’ll be supporting the upkeep, safety, and presentation of the estate while bringing your own trade expertise to the team.

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will carry out both reactive and planned maintenance tasks across the estate. The role involves working both indoors and outdoors, ensuring the park remains safe, functional, and well-presented for tenants and visitors. You will also operate site vehicles such as our Electric Carts and road sweepers (driving licence required).

The role also involves use of I.T. systems and tablets to log maintenance tasks, inspections, and site reports - helping us continuously improve services.

**Duties**
- Carry out day-to-day maintenance and repair tasks across the site.
- Support with planned preventative maintenance and inspections.
- Use of trade skills (e.g. electrics, plumbing, joinery, landscaping, decorating, or civil works) to enhance the site.
- Operate site vehicles and equipment safely (including an Electric Cart and road sweeper).
- Assist with site improvements and larger-scale maintenance projects.
- Use tablets and computers to document maintenance activity and complete site records.
- Work both independently and as part of a small on-site team.
- Respond promptly to issues to minimise disruption.
- Ensure all work is completed to health and safety standards.

**Qualifications**
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential - to operate site vehicles).
- Previous experience in a maintenance, handyman, or engineering role.
- A trade background (any of the following desirable: electrics, plumbing, joinery, decorating, landscaping, civil works).
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Competent using I.T. equipment such as tablets and computers.
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Self-motivated and able to use initiative when working independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
