**Support Worker | Oxford | £11ph**

Rocasa Consulting is currently recruiting for a support worker at the Supported Living project in Oxford.

The project aims to provide accommodation and support, with the view that the Service User will obtain their own independent tenancy and accommodation.
- Establish collaborative relationships with clients, working to increase their strengths
- Safely resolve crises and respond non-judgmentally to problematic behaviour
- Help develop and implement service plans, and be a strong advocate for the client
- Demonstrate an understanding of oppression and marginalization of the homeless
- Make positive contributions to the team, support and back up your co-workers at all times

This will be to provide short term support covering days 06:30 - 18:30 throughout July, moving to ad-hoc work after this.
- An enhanced DBS check (dated within one year or on update service.).
- Previous experience as a support worker (preferably in housing)

Details:

- Pay: £11ph
- Hours: 06:30 to 18:30 plus ad-hoc support
- Term: ongoing
