If you like the sound of working a 4 day week, then this could be the perfect role for you We have a great opportunity for a Warehouse Team Leader to join an international logistics company in the Swindon area.

**About the Warehouse Team Leader role**:

- Total working days / hours are 38 hours per week. Friday 6am-4pm, Saturday 6am-4pm, Sunday 7pm-5am & Monday 4pm-2am
- Permanent role
- Salary £30K per annum
- Based in Swindon

**As a Warehouse Team Leader your duties / responsibilities will include**:

- Maximise productivity by improving efficiency
- Ensure all operating processes are carried out with Health and Safety at the forefront
- Ensure recording of all accidents /incidents and completion of all relevant documentation
- Effective resource planning
- Monitoring of sickness and conducting return to work interviews, investigations and disciplinary.
- Build good relationships with and provide effective leadership to all team members
- Deep understanding of all customer requirements
- Ensure all customer KPIs are achieved
- Ensure all team members have the relevant skills to undertake their role effectively.
- Deliver induction training and support and assist newly appointed or less experienced colleagues by providing training and guidance to ensure that satisfactory standards are achieved.

**To be considered for the Warehouse Team Leader role you require the following skills / knowledge**:

- Previous experience of managing a team, ideally within the manufacturing / logistics industry
- Good Microsoft Office Skills including Microsoft Outlook & Excel
- Good communication skills and customer focused
- Good understanding of and commitment to safe working practices
- Acceptable standard of English, both oral and written

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00 per year

- Day shift
- Night shift

- Swindon, Wiltshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
