These lot are breaking boundaries in the world of patient monitoring Their patented software helps people working in healthcare and mental health deliver more efficient, safer, and better quality care. I can't say too much here, but what we can say, iswhat they're doing is absolutely incredible
- it's keeping both staff and patients safer, and genuinely improving lives.

It's an exciting time over here. They are scaling a product function, and as such, need an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of their product and the roadmap they have ahead. They have a collaborative and cross functional team, comprising ofa Project Manager, Designer, and a number of Software Engineers.

You'll be empowered to make your own decisions here, there is zero micro management, and their Head of Product is an absolute legend. This is an end to end product role, creating and managing the product alongside their Engineering and Design teams. Buildingproducts which are re-defining the care sector, you'd be safe knowing you're working for a company who is using it's tech for good

Experience you'll ideally need:

- Ideally at least 4 years in a Product Management position working on software/tech products
- however, talent is more important than years of experience
- Bonus points for health tech experience (but not essential)
- Ability to build strong relationships with development and product teams, working in agile practices
- A fantastic communicator, with an ability to solve complex problems in a visually impactful way
- You cope well with changing priorities and a fast paced environment
- Ability to engage engineers, designers and customers in a collaborative way
- You enjoy working directly with customers to understand user needs
- You've got the ability to learn lots of areas of business, such as finance, design, sales, marketing, and engineering

They are based in Oxford. They meet up in the office 2 consecutive days per month (this is pretty important for them), but you can use the office more than that if you like

Part of this role will be travelling to their UK based customer sites, to perform usability testing, ensuring the customers are happy, and the product is the best it can be. As such you'd need to be comfortable with occasional UK travel
- it's likely to morethan monthly, but not as often as weekly, but will fluctuate along with the demand
