Tiger Lily Boutique is an award winning fashion brand, consisting of two fashion boutiques & an online store, located in Dundee, & Aberdeen. Join our growing team and be apart of the decision making and success of a established business.

We are currently seeking a full time Boutique Supervisor 39 hours per week. Salary starting at £22,000 per year, and commission bonus per month relating to business turnover. The salary for this position will be reviewed yearly.

This role primarily focuses on staff management and overseeing day to day operations of the boutique, working alongside a Product Supervisor who focuses on the product side of the business. Supported by a Brand Manager who deals with the wider business.

**Main Duties;**
- Day to day running and operations of our Aberdeen boutique
- Working alongside the Product Supervisor to meet turnover targets, visual merchandising standards and brand goals
- Dealing with staff management, holidays & rotas (5 - 7 members of staff)
- Oversee and encourage the training, development and succession of your team
- HR duties such as posting any new positions, conducting interviews and training of new staff
- Conducting Visual Merchandising evenings/mornings every 2-3 weeks, and planning window changes weekly
- Managing the organisation of deliveries, stockroom and replenishment
- Practicing team work on a daily basis across the wider brand
- Assisting Product Supervisor in reordering best selling stock

**Key attributes;**
- Supervisory or Management experience of minimum 18 months
- Management of minimum 3 staff members
- Min 1 years retail experience
- Strategic and organised
- Experience working towards targets
