We are now recruiting for a an experienced, passionate, and dedicated Designer specialising in Swimwear.

**About the Role**:
The Design role is a very creative and independent role. We are looking for an experienced, creative, confident, and dedicated designer, who will work together hand in hand with the Account manager, offshore product development teams on seasonal collections, which are then presented to our main client. This role is also part of the wider design team. As part of this design team, you will be working together on seasonal Colour, Fabric and Micro trends.

**We are looking for a Designer who**:

- Has a minimum of 2 years’ experience in swimwear
- Has worked for a fast fashion supplier or retailer, preferably with experience of both UK and European market
- Is prepared to travel both short haul and long haul for research trips, client visits and product development trips
- Is proficient in illustrator & photoshop with any 3D digital experience a bonus
- Is a positive spirited team player with a ‘can do’ flexible attitude
- Commercially aware of current trends
- An excellent communicator and someone who is comfortable working with colleagues and customers at all levels, including customers and factories and third parties based in the Far East and Europe
- Highly organised, efficient and able to work to tight deadlines
- To have technical knowledge, and ability to generate detailed tech packs and indirectly manage of shore development team on daily bases to achieve required result.
- Driven and results orientated
- Proactive, positive and solutions focused
- Educated to degree level, ideally in a qualification related to fashion design, business or retail
