**Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated Head Therapist to join our team at Gleddoch House Hotel Resort in Renfrewshire. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing our guests' experience through personalized wellness treatments that align with our commitment to luxury and relaxation. This is a treatment based role, in recognition of our commitment to providing an excellent experience, we offer a generous enhanced rate of pay, on top of our basic non treatment rate of £14.45 per hour for time spent in treatments with our clients.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide high-quality therapeutic treatments tailored to individual guest needs.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming treatment environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to enhance service offerings.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations during treatments.
- Build rapport with guests to understand their preferences and feedback.
- Motivate therapist team to deliver the highest standards in treatment room hygiene, set up and ambience.
- **Qualifications**:

- Relevant qualifications in therapy or massage therapy.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality or wellness sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: From £14.45 per hour
