We have an exciting opportunity to join the Recruitment team at the world's largest Rock School and help change children's lives for the better. Rocksteady Music School have been delivering inspiring music lessons for over a decade, sending passionate musicians into schools to teach primary school children how to perform music in a band.

We are looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition to join our friendly team here at Rocksteady. This new and exciting role will play an important part in helping us to position Rocksteady as an employer of choice and attract diverse talent across all levels.

**What you'll be doing**
- Develop, build and implement the talent acquisition strategy that promotes our employer brand and supports growth
- Work with management teams on their workforce planning to help anticipate and determine current and future capacity requirements
- Lead our passionate and dedicated recruitment team, providing leadership and support to optimise recruitment processes and procedures
- As part of the Senior Leadership Team, develop, analyse and provide metrics regularly to identify actionable insights and recommendations
- Evaluate contracts and relationships with external vendors
- Work with all stakeholders to ensure that the Applicant Tracking System and other systems are utilised effectively to optimise the recruitment process
- Manage all recruitment spend within agreed budget

**Skills and Experience**
- Proven track record in a senior recruitment role with experience of recruiting for a variety of roles including high volume
- Experience of developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies in a fast paced growing business
- Previous experience of leading and developing a team within recruitment with excellent knowledge of policies and practices
- Strong understanding and experience of workforce planning, forecasting and sourcing techniques, tools and channels
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Strong analytical skills with a flexible approach to problem solving
- Strong communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels
- Hands on experience with applicant tracking systems (previous experience of Greenhouse would be an advantage but is not essential)
