**What you will be doing...**

As a member of our **Ground Operations Team**at **Bournemouth Airport** our** Passenger Service Agents** plays a crucial role in ensuring that a fantastic customer service is delivered to our **all-important customers.**

- Hourly rate of **£13.45 per hour,** plus an** extra £3.36 per hour** for unsociable hours (hours worked between 11:00pm - 04:59am).

- 34 days holiday entitlement per annum (pro rata for part time hours).

**What will you do as a Passenger Service Agent?**
- Provide a **warm and friendly welcome** to our customers as they arrive at the airport & welcome them back from their holiday.
- ** Check-in** customers for their flights, issue boarding passes, check passports and travel documents and assist our customers at our Self Service kiosks.
- ** Board**our flights to ensure our flights depart on time.
- Follow the necessary **safety**and** security** procedures.
- Effectively support our customers and our operation in times of** disruption**and** delays.**:

- Demonstrate a **proactive approach** to problem solving, working to resolving issues and overcome challenges.
- Communicate effectively with our customers at all times, demonstrating a **friendly, professional approach**, ensuring every customer feels like a** VIP.**

We offer **20** hours per week contracts on a **permanent seasona**l basis. Our Permanent Seasonal Contracts have a short rest period in between our busy Winter and Summer seasons

This is a **rostered** role that requires** shift working,** so flexibility is required. Shifts are a rolling **4 shifts on, 2 days off pattern** and include frequent very early starts, late finishes & working weekends & bank holidays. You will receive you roster 4 weeks in advance.
