In Cash Operations, you will be part of the financial heart of Sky, working to ensure the team continues to be recognised as a World Class finance team. You’ll be key to driving our change agenda to ensure we deliver for our business partners, freeing them to focus on delivery for our customers.

**What you’ll do**:

- Manage a team of 6-8 people, being responsible for all aspects of their development, performance, and workload.
- Manage the processes and controls in relation Bank Account Management. Ensuring all Open, Close and Amend requests follow standard procedures.
- Manage the daily payments process ensuring all payments are made on time and following our agreed approvals process
- Ensure all Bank Account reconciliations are carried out monthly. This includes the daily journals and clearing process to ensure they remain in a good position
- Own the control environment for your area. Liaising with colleagues across Sky and Comcast to ensure we have a well-managed Control environment
- Develop, maintain and improve on daily/monthly KPI’s
- Manage, build and develop relationships with internal and external customers
- Use knowledge and expertise of area to influence change and contribute to business projects
- Drive improvement efficiencies across the team. Looking for ways to automate and standardise processes.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Experience of managing and inspiring a large team
- Ideally Cash and Banking experience, ideally in a large fast paced organisation
- Strong stakeholder management and planning skills
- Good Excel skills, able to analyse data as required
