- Excellent Organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Confidently manage customer expectations based on departmental Service Level
- Able to follow clearly defined processes.
- Process driven with continuous improvement mindset.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel and all Microsoft office programmes.
- Agreements (SLA’s)’s and standard practices.
What does a typical day in this role look like?
- To carry out administrative work and operational responsibilities to ensure the smooth
running of all day-to-day bookings/requests such as: Travel, Accommodation, Meeting
Rooms and Overseas requests.
- Ensure ongoing client operations requests are managed and delivered within the agreed
- To provide outstanding service to the client through efficient communication and ability
to meet deadlines.
- Support new starter inductions including uniform, assets, business cards and any other
ad hoc requests
- Understand general field needs and work with the management team to support
resolution and ensure clear communication is always maintained.
- Processing orders for all purchasing needs.
- Processing invoices and receipts using Purchase order system
This role is partially working from the head office in Hertford.
This role will see you working for Blue Square.
