Job Title: Apprentice Receptionist

**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Provide general administrative and clerical support, including data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Coordinate projects and tasks to ensure timely completion
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Receptionist in a busy garage. We offer a supportive work environment along with training and a receptionist qualification undertaken at a local college. You wil also need to have some basic mechanical knowledge to enable the ordering of vehicle parts.
