**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Will be flexible with the work roles to adjust with the workplace culture.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Engage with customers, providing excellent service while managing time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for banquet services and catering events, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, creating a welcoming environment for guests in both nightclub settings and fine dining experiences.

**Experience**
- Minimum 1 years of experience.
- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
- Strong knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation methods is advantageous.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Basic math skills are required for managing tabs, processing payments, and conducting retail math calculations.
