**Expro Group **are currently recruiting for a QHSE & Competence Assurance Advisor to join the QHSE Team team based in Aberdeen.

**Overall Purpose of the Job**:
A Region focal point with responsibilities to provide QHSE & Competence Assurance support within the Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa region.

**Key Activities and Accountabilities**:

- Competency Assurance Focal Point in the Region
- Create and manage a Region CA Training Schedule and liaise with local CA administrators on Logistics and Facility arrangements
- Deliver QHSE & CA Classroom training inc Investigator and IOSH Managing Safely
- Lead and Support QHSE & CA Management System Audits
- Focal Point in Region for communicating with Group CA to ensure Competence Assurance procedures for EoG, Grandfathering, Assessment and Internal Verification are current and implemented within Region.
- Ensure new hires are suitably inducted into the company training and Competence Assurance Program
- Provide Reporting metrics in the form of Balanced Scorecard, Monthly reports and Weekly HSE reports as required with support from Local CA Administrators.
- Liaise with Group Competence Assurance to ensure local and Regional training needs are communicated and scheduled appropriately by Local CA
- Provide Train the Trainer training
- Provide for related Competence Assurance Program Training (Assessor, Workplace Trainer and Induction) in Region.
- Ensure all personnel receive required pre-requisite training and are actively working on their competencies by monitoring user activity, tracking and recording.

**Job Knowledge and Qualifications**:

- SQA L&D 9DI Assessor
- SQA L&D 11
- NEBOSH Certificate
- Be a Technical member of IOSH (TECH SP)
- IRCA Approved Internal Auditor Certificate
- Excellent presentation skills
- Have 2 years face to face training experience
- Experience of ISO standards/systems
