Property Procurement Officer

The role requires the Property Procurement Officer to manage your own case load and follow procedures in order to meet key performance objectives and sales targets of the company. The role also involves making contact with current landlords and agents, developingrelationships with new potential landlords and agents and ensuring that only the best housing and accommodation is secured. You will be responsible for handling your own administration duties and arranging and scheduling meetings, liaising with the wider team,sharing best practice to support the company in achieving property procurement/sales targets.

As Property Procurement Officer you will report to the Procurement Team Leader, providing help and support where required. You will have excellent knowledge working with MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel), compiling reports and updates for the Head of ProcurementServices and the Board of Directors. Knowledge working with service level agreements and KPI's, the ability to manage high volume workloads and communicate both verbally and in writing is key to the success of this role. Ensuring that the company propertyportfolio is fully compliant with Local Authority, UKVI all other regulatory body legislation, managing Local Authority notices appropriately and complying in line with housing regulations standards is essential.
