**Property Manager**

**Location**: Glasgow city centre

**Hours of work**:9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday & 9am to 4pm on Friday's

**Salary**:£25,000 - £28,000 DOE

**Experience**:Property Management

**What the role will require you to do..**
- Managing a number of residential properties for both new and existing clients
- Co-ordinate all maintenance works to be carried out on behalf of property owners
- Build rapport with new and existing owners and contractor
- Build new and existing relationships with owners and contractors
- Overseeing buildings insurance claims from start to finish
- All other admin tasks as and when require
- Conduct and attend both in office and on site meetings

**A bit about you**
- Strong technical knowledge within the residential property field
- Ability to use initiative and prioritise workload
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Very strong organisational skills
- Full, clean driving license required
- Previous experience using CPL software is beneficial but not essential
