Spa Reservationist

Our client, an established Hotel situated on Cornwall’s north coast in Newquay are looking for a full-time or part time Spa Reservationist to join their team ASAP. You will be required to work during both weekdays and weekends; however, responsibilities are shared across the whole team so that it is fair.

Hours: 24-40 hours per week.

Rate of pay: £11 per hour, plus 10% bonus.

We are looking for someone who has:

- Excellent customer service skills
- An awareness of holistic therapies
- Good organizational skills
- A friendly and out-going personality
- An adaptable and flexible approach to work
- The ability to Multitask and keep a smile on their face
- Punctual and well-presented
- Professional approach, friendly and confident
- An understanding of a spa guest journey and how to create a seamless experience
- Similar experience with customer service, client bookings and diary management
