This post will take a lead role in progressing the development of a sustainable, flexible and integrated pharmacy workforce for Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care System (ICS) as a key member of the HIOW ICB People team. The role will develop and implement key workforce projects identified in the HIOW Integrating Pharmacy and Medicines Optimisation (IPMO) Plan. The post holder will contribute to the HIOW workforce transformation agenda with the opportunity to develop and advance the pharmacy profession within Hampshire and Isle of Wight reflecting new ways of working across organisational boundaries, and to develop a workforce with the knowledge and skills to deliver high quality patient care in line with the ICB People priorities and transformation plans.
