You will make a huge difference to those we support, and their families by providing person centred care.

As part of the role you will get involved with activities such as community farms, swimming, gardening projects and other activities tailored to the individual.

The required hours are 30 hours a week on a 3 week rolling rota, one sleep in per week paid at £80.00

Holding a full driving licence is desirable as the person we support has their own mobility vehicle.

Pay: £12.15-£12.60 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
