We’re looking for a Transition Administrator to join our team in either Swindon, Newport, or Billingham on a permanent basis. The salaryfor this role is £23,425 per annum and we will consider applicants wanting full-time or part-time hours, this can be discussed at interview.

**What will you be doing?**

The Transition Administrator will be part of the Digital and Information Transition Team delivering administration services to contribute to and support the key Service Transition disciplines of Testing, Change, Release and Environment Management, supportingthe Oracle infrastructure. The post holder will work across these functions supporting specialists to deliver an efficient and effective Service Transition capability to clients and project stakeholders.

**_Key responsibilities will include:_**
- Supporting Tests Analysts with regression test execution and administrative tasks surrounding schedules releases/projects and collaborating to ensure requirements are understood and test data is developed and maintained
- Aiding the Change manager with administrative activities including reviewing and submitting changes in Service Now, feeding back issue to Change Owners, as well as scheduling, preparing and minute taking meetings
- Working with the Release and Environment Manager to communicate cut-off times for releases and outages to required groups, administer the Environment Management Microsoft Teams site and escalate issues when needed

**Who are we looking for?**
- Experience of working in an administrative support role within a delivery team
- Ability to work as part of a team and to work without detailed supervision to identify, prioritise, plan and co-ordinate own workload
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- High attention to detail, strong analytical skills and experience of producing good quality documentation
- Ability to face challenges proactively and be confident questioning, where appropriate and use own judgement to escalate issues
- Impeccable time management and organisational skills as well as experience working in a high-volume environment
