**Overview**:
Nine Twenty Recruitment have a great opportunity for a Digital Support Apprentice to support our Founder and the rest of the team.

**What’s involved?**
- Working in the business resource team as first response to all incoming enquiries, problem solving and ensuring calls are transferred and messages passed on accurately to internal stakeholders.
- Becoming the business superuser of Firefish, a bespoke CRM system designed for recruiters, working collaboratively across teams supporting colleagues where required.
- Becoming an expert in LinkedIn recruiter, supporting colleagues with business development.
- Managing shared diaries through Outlook for directors across the business.
- Sending out business terms and conditions to new clients.
- Other ad hock duties such as arranging business events such as team building exercises and Christmas events.

**What do they need from you?**
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally.
- High attention to detail.
- Great organisation skills and willing to learn.

**Salary**: £18,500 per annum.

**Working week**: 35 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm, Friday 9am - 4pm.

**Future prospects**:
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will gain a full time role.

They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
