We are recruiting for a brilliant, market leading business in the technology sector. This is a company made up of 16 multilingual customer service agents, who are both passionate about languages and technology.

This is a long-established company, who are at the top of their game. They provide excellent training and a comfortable, highly modern working environment for their staff, along with great benefits.

**Location**:Office based in the Blackburn area

**Duties**
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers
- Troubleshooting mildly technical issues, following company procedures
- Escalating more complex technical issues to a further support team
- Getting hands on with the equipment to resolve the issue.
- Being customer focused at all times and treating each call as an individual - no two calls will be the same
- Fluent French speaker is a must
- Customer focused and caring attitude
- Technical mindset
- Ideally you will already have helpdesk experience
- Second European language isn’t essential but is, a strong advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £24,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
