**The Role**: The International Consultant is a key role within Altus, reporting directly to the International Director. This role is about leading and delivering consultancy engagements for our Financial Services clients with a particular focus on our new markets beyond the UK & Europe. This position would suit asenior business analyst or business architect looking for a more diverse career and the chance to develop as a consultant in an expanding business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver business consultancy engagements on behalf of Altus Consulting’s top-tier FS customers
- Work closely with our colleagues across Equisoft to identify opportunities for collaboration
- Work as part of a team or independently engage with senior clients
- Shape consultancy solutions using Altus Consulting’s industry models and toolkit
- Be responsible for specific FS industry topics and helping develop corporate knowledge across Equisoft Develop Altus Consulting’s FS industry reference models and change toolkit to ensure they fit with our new markets
- Help to create new consultancy propositions and communicate them to Equisoft colleagues
- Be part of our friendly and supportive consulting team

**Requirements**:

- Experience and solid understanding of the FS industry and business operations - ideally in markets beyond the UK & Europe
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of building strong business relationships
- Ideally proficient/fluent in one further language in addition to English
- Hands-on business change and/or as a business architecture experience
- Previous consultancy experience an advantage
- Aptitude for problem solving using a structured approach
- Understanding of IT fundamentals and different categories of FS systems
- Genuine drive and enthusiasm to make a difference for Altus Consulting and the client
- Typically 10 years+ experience, predominantly in FS, ideally in markets beyond the UK & Europe
